Alexander the Great Coins

Posted by
Michael Skorulski (Toronto, Canada) on 1 January 2016 in Art & Design and Portfolio.

Coins stamped with head of Alexander the Great found in an earthenware jar in the ruins around Bahrain Fort. The coins were minted in the 4th century B.C. when Alexander the Great knew Bahrain as Tylos.

I wish everyone a Healthy and Wealthy New Year.
