The route to Venice's waterfront from my hotel. I like back alleys. But I could imagine how this would be in flood conditions.

I really like the series of archways and how they lead us to the vanishing point. The people walking through give such great perspective, and I do like the red hydrant in the foreground. Nice work Michael.

This is the best looking alley I've seen. Those repeating arches are beautiful as is all the brick work.

What a wonderful shot ... the perspective is terrific, and just look at the moss growing up high on those 'supports'. Now at times of flooding, this could be treacherous, I'd think w/o a kayak! :D
