Venetian fog

In an early morning fog in Venice, a traghetto makes its way across the Grand Canal. A traghetto is a kind of gondola ferry in which passengers stand to be rowed across the canal.

I was in Belgium yesterday , where I made a photograph of the Antwerp station. I was wondering if you've ever written anything about Belgium, it seems like a nice subject to right about as a travelling man. I've posted a picture yesterday, have a look.

I never thought of fog in the canals, but at (or below) sea level, why not!
Standing is a boat is a child's first 'no-no' on the water, so this amuses the child in me, Michael.
