It looks like a pencil drawing, a study of lines and shades. I like modern buildings, this one looks imposing, and the fancy patterns they've incorporated into it gives it a local feel.

This works well in BW; I think architecture shots almost always do. And this one is very interesting; I like the lines and curves.
