Brunch with Battutah
Ball blower

This man on the backstreets of Manama, Bahrain was blowing up beach balls one meter in diameter when I walked by. The balls were to be hung above the street for decoration. It was hot work in the 40C temperature.

I like the focus on his face, and great crop too. It's very simple but it works very well - the sense of concentration and the heat really come across. It does sound like hard work on such a hot day.

Very unusual portrait, intriguing and fun and what are you using for photo processing, it's amazing (I think I've asked before, but I can't remember your answer ;)

@Lorraine: Thanks, Lorraine. This processing is done by applying a High Pass filter, then colorizing in Saturation and finally by applying noise.
