Wondefully done Michael. Excellent composition and the cow seems to be peeking :) Great processing and colors. The blur really makes it feel like a dream.

At first I thought it was mist from perhaps a fountain - or reflection on glass, NO, Michael wouldn't do that ... and then I read about your filtering. This is wonderful and I like your title.
