Snared in symmetryPosted by Michael Skorulski (Cigel, Slovakia) on 29 March 2008 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. This wild beast with the muddy nose is actually our dog, Puntik. He was mentioned in the commentary for March 27's picture. In summer, he goes for a swim in the stream then rolls in the dust. In winter, he loves to roll in the snow. Here's Puntik, after sticking his nose into the mud of a stream. Your typical dirty dog! But with a sweet, affectionate nature.

Japanalia from Yokohama, JapanYou only have to look into those eyes to fall in love with him! I don't doubt for a minute his affectionate nature and the fact that he makes a good companion! But....he is a dog, so he must see what hides there in the mud of the stream. 29 Mar 2008 8:14am @Japanalia: I agree he sees something in the mud we don't. Thank you, Gabriela.
