For a brief moment, the clouds parted and the sun streamed through our kitchen window illuminating these oncidium orchids.

These are my favorite flowers, they almost challenge evolution theory, such miraculous creatures cannot, at first sight and thought, be evolved from "simple" trial and error. And they also cheer you up, aren't they like dancing elfs?
