A winter fog can be really disorienting.

Wow, that is! It looks almost like that's a shadow. At least that's what I thought, until I realized it wasn't the same shape as the branches in the fog. Good eye!

We have fog, too, these days. It is hard driving to work in the fog. But on your photo the fog looks beautiful. It has an ethereal quality.
